Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of gemini watermark remover at https://gemini-watermark-remover.im. By using the site or the tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

gemini watermark remover is a browser tool for removing the visible Gemini-style sparkle logo from still images (PNG, JPG, and WebP). A homepage run is processed locally in your browser. We do not receive those image pixels unless you later use a feature that saves a file to an account.

The current version:

• Handles one still image at a time, up to 20MB.
• Targets a known catalog of visible corner marks.
• Does not remove invisible SynthID or other hidden provenance marks.
• Does not process video, including Veo clips.

We may add, change, or remove features. We do not guarantee that every Gemini export will have a detectable mark, or that a restored corner will be visually perfect.

Your content and responsibilities

You must have the right to process each file you drop into the tool. You are responsible for:

• Complying with applicable law and the terms of any service that created the image.
• How you use, publish, or share the output.
• Keeping originals if you need them.

gemini watermark remover does not transfer copyright in your images to us. For a local homepage run, the file stays on your device. If you save a result to an account, you grant us a limited license to store and display that file so the feature can work.

Accounts

An account is optional for the homepage tool. If you create one, you must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in a way that breaks the law.
• Attack, scrape at abusive volume, or disrupt https://gemini-watermark-remover.im.
• Probe, reverse engineer, or overload the site except as allowed by law.
• Upload malware or try to bypass security or usage limits.
• Misrepresent the output as having no provenance marks of any kind. A visual logo cleanup is not a claim that SynthID or other hidden signals are gone.

Paid features

Some features may require payment. Charges are billed through a third-party processor. Taxes and processor fees may apply. Unless a separate refund policy on this site says otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund.

Intellectual property

The gemini watermark remover name, site design, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy the product, remove our marks from the site itself, or use our branding without permission.

“Gemini”, “Nano Banana”, “Imagen”, “SynthID”, and related names belong to their owners. gemini watermark remover is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete watermark detection, or that a cleaned image will be accepted by any third party.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gemini watermark remover and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or inability to use it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or USD $50 if you have not paid us.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims that arise from your files, your use of the output, or your breach of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. You may close an account in settings where that control is available, or by emailing support@gemini-watermark-remover.im. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
